Kokoro ending - Rin.

Just hitting the button on the keyboard that hovered in front of her was too much...

Her eyes scanned the screen, reading over line after line of programming, as each one was lodged deep into her head.... Emotions were painted across her mind, starting with anger. She screamed into the air as rage filled her being, but only for a small moment. The red feeling passed, being replaced with a huge amount of happiness. Right after she began screaming, she would stop and laugh uncontrollably into the air. Tears began to pour from her eyes, which she dabbed at with her fingertips with her shaking hands. "W-what-" She was interrupted by a large pang of sadness. She couldn't stop herself from beginning to sob uncontrollably, looking around. "P-Professor...W-What...." But she paused. She remembered something suddenly, that made her sob even harder.

Years ago, a lonely scientist had set to creating an android...to revive his sister.* Using any help he could get, he slowly began to build up a system for his sister's revival. And, when he finally succeeded.... He'd forgotten one key component.... Her heart. The programming for the file was incomplete... For the rest of his natural life, he'd program the file that would make her able to become what she was supposed to be...A human. Just like she'd been long ago. On the last day of the man's life, he'd stood up to take a break, walking out to the orchard out behind his lab, sitting next to the tree and passing on.

The passing of her Professor had been completely ignored by her.

She quietly walked outside, following the final few moments of her master's life, as her own final moment's began to tick down....

"Professor..." She'd say quietly, a smile on her face,
"I found...my....Heart..." She'd say before collapsing in front of the tree, right in front of where the professor had died.

As if it were a dream, she awoke leaning next to the tree. Her heart was beating fast, and the bright landscape around her made her eyes hurt, but there was one thing she couldn't ignore.

Her brother's face.
Staring right down into hers.
"Rin? Are you alright?" He'd ask lightly.

Before he could say more, she'd tackle him into a tight hug, sobbing into his shoulder lightly. He'd hold her close, blinking a few times before smiling and patting her back.

"Don't worry....We're together now...."
